Easy Install TurboGears

The instructions for downloading and installing TurboGears have been moved to the TurboGears documentation wiki. This page is only kept here so that tgsetup.py finds the installation packages.

Where are the download files?

Generally, downloads are done through an Easy Install-based download mechanism. There is a list of files available if you need to do something manually.

Oct 4, 2009 1.1 is the first release of the 1.1 branch. It features SQLAlchemy and Genshi as the defaults for quickstarted applications. TurboGears 1.1 has been in beta testing for a long time but deployed in real, high demanding production environments already for more than a year. See the changelog for everything else that's new!
