SQLObject Debugging

SQLObject has a debug mode

In your config file where you have your database connection string add ?debug=True to it and in the shell you will see the SQL flow, for example:

mysql://host/database?debug=True

Add database parameters

Parameters are:

debug (default: False)
debugOutput (default: False)
cache (default: True)
autoCommit (default: True)
debugThreading (default: False)
logger (default: None)
loglevel (default: None)

If you set debugOutput then you will also see the return values of the queries. If you set debugThreading then the name of the thread that is executing the query will also be shown.
